BOOKING YOUR LUAU
-
Reservations can be made directly through our website. Once your reservation is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all of your reservation details.
-
Reservations may be available at the door depending on availability. However, we strongly recommend purchasing your reservations in advance, as most shows sell out before the event date.
-
Want to be as close to the action as possible? Upgrade to Premium Seating for just $10 per person and enjoy our closest available seats to the stage.
Premium Seating is limited and typically sells out weeks in advance, so we recommend booking early.
-
Reservations purchased through third-party sellers cannot be modified, cancelled, refunded, or rescheduled by Polynesian Fire. Please contact the company you booked through for any changes to your reservation.
Please note: Premium Seating is only available when booking directly with Polynesian Fire. Third-party ticket sellers do not offer Premium Seating.
-
Yes! If a show is sold out, you can join the waitlist on our website.
If reservations become available due to cancellations, everyone on the waitlist will receive an email at the same time. Reservations are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so the first guests to book will secure the available spots.
Please do not call about the waitlist, as we are unable to hold reservations or add guests manually.
-
During checkout, you’ll be asked if you’re traveling with another party. Be sure to provide the other party’s accurate reservation information.
If you’ve already booked separately, we can combine your reservations with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please contact us by phone or email so we can do our best to seat your group together.
Please note that all reservations must be in the same seating category. If some guests have Premium Seating and others have Standard Seating, the groups cannot be combined.
-
Yes! Our performers will give a birthday shout-out during the show for everyone celebrating that evening.
You’re welcome to bring a cake and gifts. Please note that balloons are not permitted inside the venue.
How can I make changes to my reservation?
Please call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled event, and we’ll be happy to make the requested changes to your reservation.
-
You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled event to receive a full refund. Once it is the day of your event, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, refunds, or reservation changes.
To cancel your reservation, please call the phone number listed in your confirmation email.
ACCESSIBILITY
-
Yes. All of our venues are ADA compliant and are located on a single level with no stairs.
If you require a specific accommodation, please contact us by phone or email before your visit so we can best assist you.
-
Yes. Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are welcome.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, service animals must remain under their handler’s control at all times. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets are not permitted.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
-
Your reservation works just like a restaurant reservation. Simply provide the name on your reservation when you check in.
You do not need to bring your confirmation email, but we strongly encourage you to review it before arriving to verify your reservation date, show time, venue location, and any important information about your visit.
-
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled show time to allow plenty of time for parking, check-in, seating, and to get settled before the show begins. Please arrive during your scheduled check-in time.
-
There is no dress code. We are a casual, family-friendly dinner show. Many guests enjoy wearing colorful Aloha attire to join in the island spirit, but it’s completely optional. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to enjoy the evening.
-
We offer large, free parking lots at all of our locations. Street parking is also available nearby. Please allow enough time to park and arrive at the venue on time.
-
Our shows are held entirely indoors and are not affected by the weather. There is no need to call if it’s raining—we look forward to seeing you as scheduled.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
-
No. Seating is assigned in advance, so arriving early will not result in better seats.
-
Please allow plenty of travel time, as traffic and other delays can happen.
If you expect to arrive after your scheduled show start time, please call us as soon as possible so we can notate your reservation and assist you upon arrival.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, admission after the show has begun may be delayed until an appropriate break in the performance to avoid disrupting the experience for other guests.
DINNER & DRINKS
-
Non-alcoholic beverages are included with your ticket. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the bar.
-
Yes! We offer a full selection of tropical cocktails, beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages, along with soft drinks and specialty beverages for purchase.

If you have allergies to any listed ingredients, we do not recommend eating at the buffet. Each menu item is labeled with common allergens. Please review the menu for the location you plan to attend.
